By advertising your caravan for hire on this site you agree to the following:

2. You agree that any bookings are made directly between yourselves and the respondents to your advertisement and as such that any contract is between the respondent and yourself.

4. You agree that www.hiremycaravan.com is not responsible should any respondent fail to pay any agreed monies to yourself
5. You agree that www.hiremycaravan.com is in no way responsible if any holiday booking is cancelled.
6. You agree that www.hiremycaravan.com is in no way responsible for any damage that may occur to your holiday home as a result of letting it out through this site.
7. You agree to pay an annual fee to have your advertisement on this site (fee to be advised on an annual basis) and that failure to pay said fee on time will result in your advertisement being removed from the site.

7. You agree that you are solely responsible for any damage that you or your party cause to any caravan or holiday home hired through this site and that any damage must be put right at your cost.
