Par Sands is located right beside the beach in Mid Cornwall about 3 miles from St Austell and very close to the Eden Project. Newquay, Fowey, Looe, Mevagissey & Heligan Gardens are also within easy reach. Buses stop at the entrance to the park and the mainline railway is only a short (flat) walk away. The park does not have its own clubhouse but there are shops,pubs,restaurants and take aways close by.
The park has a small, indoor, heated pool (free passes provided), new tennis courts, a putting green, an under 7s play area, cafe, amusements and a lovely wildife lake.
Par Sands is dog friendly and dogs ARE allowed on to the beach.

The caravan is a 2 bed/6 berth sited very near the wildlife lake. There is room for 2 cars to park alongside. There is also adequate space for sunbathing & barbeques. A picnic table is supplied.
The kitchen has a fridge, microwave, 4 hob cooker with grill and an extractor fan. All utensils are provided.
The newly refurbished lounge/dining area has a colour TV with digital box, gas fire, table & stools. The second double bed can be found beneath the seating.
Both the double & twin bedrooms are tastefully furnished and have adequate wardrobe & cupboard space.

ALL BED LINEN IS PROVIDED AND BEDS WILL BE MADE UP.

The bathroom comprises of a sink, toilet and shower.
There is central heating in every room.

Well behaved dogs are welcome (Small charge)
